Grégoire has more than two decades experience in mid-market private equity investing at Equistone.

He joined Equistone in 2004 and is the Chair of the Management Committee as well as a member of the Investment Committee.

Grégoire has actively contributed to the success of more than 20 Equistone investments in France in the Value-add Industrials and Business & Financial Services sectors, including Acces Industrie, Aerocan, Bruneau, Charles & Alice, Converteam, Finaxy, Fives, Meilleurtaux, Sicame and Vulcain Engineering Group.

He began his career in strategy consulting at L.E.K. in Paris, where he worked for mid-market private equity firms.

Grégoire holds a Master in Engineering from École Centrale Paris and a Master in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
