Complaints handling


Equistone Partners France SAS has established and maintains an operational procedure for the prompt and effective handling of complaints submitted by its clients. Any complaint may be sent to Equistone Partners France SAS, 43-45 avenue Kléber, 75116 Paris, France. The management company will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of ten (10) business days from receipt, unless the response itself is provided within that period. Unless exceptional circumstances duly justify otherwise, the management company will respond within two (2) months of receipt of the complaint.
