Caroline brings over 12 years of experience across private equity and M&A, with a focus on the industrials and business services sectors

She joined Equistone in 2019 and is an Investment Director. She has worked on multiple transactions and has supported portfolio companies in their strategic initiatives, working closely with management teams.

Prior to joining Equistone, she spent over four years in M&A at Messier & Associés in Paris, where she advised corporates and financial sponsors on M&A transactions across various industries.

She holds a Master in Management from Emlyon Business School.
