With almost a decade of experience in private equity, Edouard brings a wide range of investment and portfolio management expertise.

Edouard Fillon joined Equistone in 2017 and is now a Director. He has worked on six transactions and has gained significant experience supporting portfolio companies in their digital transformation projects, among other value creation initiatives. He has been involved in key transactions, including Vertbaudet and Safic-Alcan, as well as successful exits such as Bruneau and Courir.

Edouard began his career as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger, where he advised several private equity investors on buy-side and sell-side projects.

He holds a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School.
