Florent brings over a decade of mid-market private equity investing experience, with a focus on buy-and-build platforms and digitalization.

Florent joined Equistone in 2015 and has been a Partner in the investment team since 2024. He is a member of the Investment Committee.

He has a focus on buy-and-build platforms across the Business Services and Value-add Industrials sectors, as well as on the digitalization of operations. He was involved in multiple transactions such as Inherent, Camusat, Vulcain Engineering Group and Sicame. Florent also contributed to the continuation fund formation for Sicame.

Previously, Florent was a consultant at Bain & Company in Paris and Dubai, and worked on due diligence assignments for private equity firms as well as advised on post-acquisition integration strategies.

Florent holds a Master of Science from Ecole Centrale Paris and a Master of Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
